Training Center

In 2015 TAD created a training program, targeting IDPs coming from conflict-stricken regions and refugees who escaped vicious wars to prepare them to enter the field of FM. The program was taught by the company staff from different backgrounds to give the training cohort a well-rounded understanding of the field, along with hands-on training, so hopefully they would aspire to pursue a career in FM. Tad didn’t stop there, it offered those who are willing to work fulltime an opportunity of well-paid jobs, and incentivized new joiners to attend technical college to enhance their skills and future employability through offering flexible hours and paid leaves during exam periods. Unquestionably, one of Tad’s crowning achievements in their in-house training center. A one-of-a-kind facility within the Eastern Africa region, the center is the firm’s way of delivering on their corporate and social responsibility to help the local community. By learning a new skill at Tad, trainees can learn for free, whilst receiving daily allowances, meals, and a certified qualification at the end. Graduates can then choose to either stay with the company, if there are positions available, or seek other jobs in the market with their newfound accreditation
